This
man on the Wednesday morning the 2nd. showed every symptom of outrageous
Insanity running about the Wards, grasping at things, falling down, hurting
himself touch an extreme the Wardsman had to secure him for his own and
others safety. His state was reported to the President who saw him unders
restraint and gave instructions as to his removal. His conduct was so
outrageous he had to be tied down in
Bed. |
